I run to meditate, brainstorm, strategize, agonize, second-guess, and plan. I run to mediate, replay, feel the feelings of the songs I listen to, and sometimes I do it for exercise. I run to analyze, process, contemplate, sort through imposter syndrome, wonder about my ‘why’ and to produce metrics. I like data. If you work in corporate, maybe you can relate.
